7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Cooperate with security personnel on site
  • Ensure legal authorization for requested services

Failure to provide safe working conditions may result in service refusal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Canadian Shield Security is not responsible for losses beyond reasonable control, including criminal acts by third parties.
  • We are not insurers and do not guarantee prevention of all incidents.
  • Liability, if any, is limited as outlined in the service agreement.

Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

9. Intellectual Property
